DescriptionIndenture of assignment of mortgage by demise by Francis Eedes of the city of London, doctor of physic, of the 1st part, with the consent of Sir Henry Puckering alias Newton of the Priory in or near the borough of Warwick, baronet, of the 2nd part, to Sir Roger Bradshaigh the younger of Haigh, Lancashire, knight, Francis Fisher of Radford Semele, esquire, and William Colmore of the borough of Warwick, esquire, of the rectory and parsonage of Lillington, with a croft called Parsonage Croft, houses, barns, orchards, tithes, profits, etc, in Lillington, for the residue of a term of 1000 years, in consideration of £515 paid by Puckering and 5 shillings each paid by Bradshaigh, Fisher and Colmore to Eedes, the mortgage to be held in trust for Puckering.
