| Description | Counterpart indenture of assignment of mortgage by demise by Sir Henry Puckering alias Newton of the Priory in or near the borough of Warwick, baronet, of the 1st part, and Francis Fisher of Radford Semele, esquire, and William Colmore of the borough of Warwick, esquire, to William Tarver of the borough of Warwick, of the rectory and parsonage of Lillington, with a croft called Parsonage Croft, houses, barns,orchards, tithes, profits, etc in Lillington, for the residue of a term of 1000 years, in consideration of £700 paid by Tarver to Puckering and 5 shillings to Fisher and Colmore, the mortgage to be held in trust for Puckering.
