DescriptionIndenture of lease by Robert Ichyngton, Prior of the house of St Sepulchre of Warwick and the convent of the same house, to William Belamy of Hatton, of a messuage and half yard-land [c 18 acres] with closes and appurtenances in Hatton, then held by John Pierson by copy of court roll, for a term of 61 years from the feast of St Michael next following [29 Sep], at the annual rent of 11 shillings, subject to a heriot of 6s 8d, with clauses for distraint of arrears, re-possession, repair & maintenance, the carrying of a load of wood by Belamy to the Priory from anywhere within 3 miles of it, warranty and sealing in the Chapter House.
