DescriptionIndenture of mortgage by lease by George Chowne, Giles Fluyde and Christopher Puckeringe, citizens of London, to John Puckeringe, sergeant at law, of the manor of Moulsford, with all lands, tenements and hereditaments, with appurtenances at Cholsey, Moulsford and Shenfield, Berkshire and the capital messuage on the site of the dissolved Priory of Warwick, with houses, buildings, gardens, lands, etc. in the parishes of St Mary and St Nicholas in Warwick and Tachbrook (as in deed bargain and sale from Edward Fisher), for a term of 1000 years from the last day of November last past for the annual rent of one peppercorn, with bargain and sale of fixtures and internal fittings and covenants by Giles Fluyde and Christopher Puckeringe for John Puckeringe to hold the properties without charge or incumbrance, with memorandum of sealing and delivery.
