DescriptionIndenture of deed for suffering a recovery between Henry Puckeringe alias Newton of the Priory in or near Warwick, baronet, and Thomas Puckeringe of Hildersham, Cambridgeshire, of the 1st part, Simon Neale of the parish of St Clement Danes, Middlesex, gent, of the 2nd part, and Henry Keylway of the city of London, gent, of the 3rd part, of the manor of Lillington, the rectories and advowsons of vicarages of the churches of Lillington and Leamington Priors, messuage, lands, tenements and hereditaments called Northbrooks in the parish of Fullbrook, manor, lands and buildings known as the Heath in the parish of Snitterfield, messuage, lands and hereditaments known as Briery House, Briery Land and Briery Furlong in the parish of Fullbrook, site of the dissolved Priory, the capital messuage known as the Priory, messuages, lands, tenements and hereditaments belonging to the parishes of St Mary and St Nicholas in Warwick, messuages in Tachbrook and Naspes [the Asps] and a messuage in Stratford upon Avon, making Keyway the tenant to the precipe, Neale the demandant and Messrs Puckeringe warrantors of the common vouchee.
Endorsed with enrolment in Chancery 20 May 1658 and number "16".
Seals: four, one for Henry Puckering, attached by tag, with three for Thomas Puckering, Simon Neale and Henry Keylewaye missing from tags.
