DescriptionExemplification of common recovery of Simon Neale, gent, demandant, against Henry Keylway, tenant, with Sir Henry Puckering and Thomas Puckering as vouchees, of the manors of Lillington, Northbrooks and Heath, the site of the dissolved Priory of St Sepulchre, Warwick, 90 messuages, 10 tofts, 2 water mills, 3 dove-houses, 80 gardens, 900 acres of land, [...] acres of meadow, 600 acres of pasture, 20 acres of wood, 500 acres of furze and heath, 70 shillings rents, common rights of pasture for cattle and view of frankpledge with appurtenances in Lillington, Northbrooks, Heath, Snitterfield, Fullbrook, [...], Warwick, Saltisford, Myton, Stratford, Barford, Tachbrook, Naspes [the Asps], and the rectories and advowsons of the vicarages of Lillington and Leamington Priors, delivery of seisin to be made in 8 days of Holy Trinity [13 June] , with memorandum to that effect by writ dated 31 May 1658.
