DescriptionIndentures of lease for a year by Dame Jane Bowyer of the Priory in or near Warwick, widow of Sir John Bowyer of Knypersley, Staffordshire, baronet, Vincent Grantham of Goltho, Lincolnshire, esquire, his son Richard Grantham of Goltho, esquire, and James Newton of London, gent, of the 1st part, to Henry Wise of Brompton Park, parish of Kensington, Middlesex, esquire, Andrew Card of Grays Inn, Middlesex, esquire, and Jacob Tonson the younger of St Andrews, Holborn, Middlesex, gent, of the 2nd part, of the Priory and its closes of lands, meadows, mills, pools, messuages, etc, in or near Warwick, several rents from messuages and lands at Warwick, Radford Semele, Bishops Tachbrook, Naspes alias Asps and Barford, the manors of Woodlow [Woodloes] and Woodcote, a messuage called Woodlowes House, with messuages and lands at Woodlow, Woodcote and Leek Wootton, the manor of Lillington, advowson of the churches of Lillington and Leamington Priors, and rectory, messuages, lands, fishing in the Avon and Leam, etc, at Lillington.
