DescriptionIndentures of lease and release (assignment in trust to attend the inheritance) between Samuel Burbury late of Leek Wootton Grange, then of Kenilworth, tanner, of the 1st part, Daniel Winter Burbury of Warwick, gent, of the 2nd part, John Morris of Warwick, builder, of the 3rd part, Reverend Henry Wise of Offchurch, of the 4th part, George Cattell Greenway of Warwick, of the 5th part, Kelynge Greenway of Warwick, gentleman, of the 6th part, and Thomas Hopkins of Warwick, tailor and draper, of the 7th part, of a piece of land used as a road or lane, 9 feet wide and 258 yards long, containing 774 square yards, between land formerly belonging to Charles Mellows and land of William Lomas, leading from land of Henry Wise to Packmore Lane in the borough of Warwick: in consideration of £20 paid to S Burbery by the direction of Morris by Wise and 10 shillings each to S Burbery and DB Burbery by Wise and GC Greenway, S Burbery releases the property to Wise and Morris assigns to Greenway a term of 1000 years in trust to attend the inheritance, to be held in trust by Hopkins on behalf of Wise.
Lease for a year (1 membrane) by Samuel Burbery to Reverend Henry Wise, dated 1 July 1825, release (3 membranes) includes plan in margin on 2nd sheet and schedule of deeds (1810-1820) at end, 2 July 1825.
