DescriptionIndenture of gift by Henry Chaplyn of the town of Warwick, woollen draper, to Thomas Worcetor of Bilton, yeoman, William Chaplyn, Henry's brother, of Over Whiteacre, yeoman, Robert Sheldon of the town of Warwick, gent, and Roger Hurlebutt of the town of Warwick, butcher, of a messuage in Jury Street, with its buildings, gardens, etc, then occupied by John Weale the younger of Warwick, yeoman, 6 acres of meadow in the parish of St Nicholas in the suburbs of Warwick, and the reversions, rents, etc lately had from John Fyssher of Warwick, yeoman, in consideration of the marriage already solemnised between Henry Chaplyn and Alice, the daughter of Thomas Worcetor, to be held of the capital lord of the fee to the use of Henry and Alice Chaplyn and their heirs.
