DescriptionIndentures of lease and release by Henry Wise the elder of the borough of Warwick, esquire, to Matthew Wise of the Priory in or near the borough of Warwick, son and heir apparent of Henry, of the manors of Woodlows, Upper Woodcote and Nether Woodcote, the capital messuage called Woodlows House, a messuages and lands in Woodlows, two messuages called the Woodhouse and White House Farm and several closes of land at Woodcote in the parish of Leek Wootton, five meadows called the Baggotts Meadows in Warwick, and parts of the river Avon and fishing there in the parish of Leek Wootton [all premises further described in greater detail within the document], in consideration of 10 shillings.
