DescriptionIndenture of deed for disentailing part of monies raised from the sale of settled lands by Henry Christopher Wise of Woodcote, parish of Leek Wootton, esquire, of the 1st part, and his eldest son Henry Christopher Wise the younger, of the 2nd part, to Henry Eyres Landor of Tachbrook, gentleman, of the 3rd part, for the assignment of monies raised from sales in pursuance of the settlement of 19 June 1828 and the stocks and shares in which the money was invested to Landor (except the £40000 secured by a mortgage made by the Hungerford Market Company).
Endorsed with enrolment in High Court of Chancery, 6 January 1852.
