DescriptionIndentures of lease and release to make a tenant to the precipe for suffering a common recovery between Henry Christopher Wise late of Hampton Court then of the Priory, borough of Warwick, only son and heir of the late Henry Wise late of Hampton Court, the second son of the late Henry Wise of Kensington, Middlesex, and Mary his wife, of the 1st part, Sir Edward Blackett of Matfen, Northumberland and Thorpe near Egham, Surrey, and Henry Stanley of Nacton, Suffolk, esquire (surviving sons of the executors of the last will of Henry Wise of Kensington) of the 2nd part, Robert Baxter of Furnivalls Inn, London, gentleman, of the 3rd part, and Stafford Squire Baxter of Furnivalls Inn, London, gentleman, of the 4th part, of two fifth-parts of the manor of Moreton Morrell, the manor house, Warren Farm and several closes of lands in Moreton alias Moreton Morrell, a messuage, garden and land in the parish of St John the Evangelist, Westminster, and a messuage, wharf and land in the parish of St George, Hanover Square, Middlesex, several closes of land, 3 water corn mills, the Priory Pools, etc in the borough of Warwick, rents in Warwick, Radford Semele, Bishops Tachbrook and Barford, the manors of Woodlow and Woodcote, Woodlow House. messuages, several closes and parcels of land, etc in Woodlow, the parishes of St Nicholas in Warwick and Leek Wootton, the manor of Lillington, the advowson of the churches of Lillington and Leamington Priors, several messuages, closes and parcels of land in Lillington, several messuages and closes of land at Charlewood and Horley, Surrey, also including the advowson of the church at Charlewood, several messuages, bulidings, shops, parcels of land, etc in the parishes of St Martin in the Fields and St Margaret, Middlesex, including Hungerford Market and Hungerford Buildings near Charing Cross [all further described within]. Stafford Squire Baxter is to be the demandant, Robert Baxter the tenant and Henry Christopher Wise a vouchee, upon trust to the uses of Henry Christopher, Mary his wife and their children
