| Description | Indentures of lease and release to make a tenant to the precipe to suffer a recovery between Reverend Henry Wise of Offchurch, clerk, of the 1st part, Henry Christopher Wise of Offchurch, the only son of Henry Wise by his late wife Charlotte Mary, of the 2nd part, Daniel Heming of Grays Inn Place, Middlesex, gentleman, of the 3rd part, and Robert Michael Baxter of Grays Inn Place, Middlesex, gentleman, of the 4th part, of two fifth parts of the manor of Moreton Morrell, all the manor house, Warren Farm and several closes of lands in Moreton alias Moreton Morrell, the Priory House, several closes of land, 3 water corn mills, the Priory Pools, etc in the borough of Warwick, rents in Warwick, Radford Semele, Bishops Tachbrook and Barford, the manors of Woodloe and Woodcote, Woodloe House, the Woodhouse and another messuage, several closes and parcels of land in Woodloe, the parishes of St Nicholas in Warwick and Leek Wootton, and several closes and parcels of land in Lillington [all further described within], in consideration of 10 shillings, with Heming being made tenant, Baxter demandant and Henry Christopher Wise vouchee, for the uses of Henry Wise and Henry Christopher Wise.
