Henry Wise and Henry Christopher convey the estates to the 4th party in trust to be seized of them and to the 5th party in trust to hold for a term of 1000 years, subject to annuities of £900 to Henry Wise for his life, £1000 to Harriett after Henry Christopher's death, and annuities to Henry, Henry Christopher, the male heirs and other children of Henry Christopher by Harriett and any later wives, also subject to a mortgage by demise which can be discharged by payment of £11254 and interest to Mary Nutcombe, and the provision of marriage portions to the 3 daughters of Henry Wise (up to £24000 in total), with powers to grant leases or building leases, and enter agreements. 19 Jun 1828.
