DescriptionCopy of deed to lead the uses of a fine between Sir Edward Peyto of Chesteron, knight, of the 1st part, John Gobert and Humfrey Peyto of the city of Coventry, esquires, of the 2nd part, and Richard Keling of London, gent, of the 3rd part, of a capital messuage, several closes of land called Town Close, Calves Close, Dovehouse Close, Rams Close, the Plash Meadow with coppice called Rough Wignell, Milne Wygnell Close, a pond called the Mill Pool with a water corn mill, several other closes called Milne Home, Nether Conygree with the Coppice, Over Conigree, Over Meadow, Over Piece, the More with the Coppices of Thorns, Lord Meadow, the Three Yates, Greeneslade and Bransonshill alias Bremsonhill, to be known in the fine as one messuage, one water mill, one dovehouse, one garden, one orchard, 50 acres of land, 100 acres of meadow, 500 acres of pasture, 40 acres of wood with appurtenances in Chesterton, to be conveyed to the use of Sir Edward Peyto with a rent of £6 13s 4d for his life.
