DescriptionCopy of deed of bargain and sale by Eleanor Jeffes of Chesterton, widow of William Peito, esquire, deceased, to Sir Edward Peito of Chesterton, knight, of four parcels of land called Mill House, Barnehill, Corn Close alias Barne Hill Tilthe, and Horse Pasture, and a wood called Chesterton Grove, all at Chesterton, to be held to the use of Sir Edward for the term of the natural life of Eleanor, in consideration of three annuities of £30 each to William Peito, Devreux Peito and John Peito, younger brothers of Sir Edward and sons of Eleanor.
