DescriptionCounterpart indenture of mortgage by demise from Sir Henry Puckeringe alias Newton of the Priory near Warwick, baronet, to Francis Eede of the borough of Warwick, gent, of two closes of land with barn in the tenure of Robert Heath, gent (40 acres), a messuage, two closes in the tenure of William Elliotts (28 acres) and a close in the occupation of Katherine Medley, spinster (15 acres) at the Asps in the parish of Tachbrook, to be held for a term of 99 years at the annual rent of one peppercorn, having recited a bond in £600 to Edward Atkins of Lincolns Inn, Middlesex, esquire, for the payment of £309 on 22 Nov next.
