Description | Indenture of feoffment by Reginald Brome of Woodlowe, esquire, of the 1st part, on behalf of Jane Brigges, widow, late wife of Daniel Brigges, deceased, Daniel Brigges their son and Mary and Elizabeth their daughters, of the 2nd part, to Timothy Wagstaff, esquire, William Hyner and Samuel Cramer, servants of Sir Fulke Greville, of the 3rd part, of a messuage in Offchurch (in the tenure of William Bankes alias Walbankes), and a tenement and 3 closes of pasture in the parish of Leek Wootton (in the tenure of William Brome the younger), for the use of Reginald Brome until 27 April 1623, then of Daniel Brigges and his heirs, then of Mary and Elizabeth Brigges and their heirs, to secure the payment of £100 to Daniel Brigges when he reaches the age of 21, or £50 each to Mary and Elizabeth should Daniel die before that event can take place, in accordance with the provisions of the last will and testament of the late Daniel Brigges, deceased, with further provisions and covenants [further outlined]. 13 September 11 Jas.
