| Description | Deed of bargain and sale by Francis Morice of the city of London, esquire, and Edmund Sawyer of London, gent, to William Mann and John Burges of the city of Westminster, Middlesex, gents, of 11 acres of land and 3 roods of meadow abutting the field called Tootehill [Tothill] near Westminster, Middlesex, and 7 carucates of hay annually from the meadow, late in the tenure of Mathias Caldecote, of the annual rentable value of £10 9s 4d with 16 shillings of new increased rent to provide a sheep for the royal household, once part of the land of Francis Inglefeild, knight, in consideration of a certain sum of money.
