DescriptionIndenture of deed to declare the uses of a common recovery between Roger Price of Westbury, Buckinghamshire, esquire, Thomas Bethell of London, gent, and William Perkins of Westbury, esquire, of 6 messuages in Stephens Alley in the parish of St Margaret, Westminster, a messuage and close of ground containing 5 acres in the parish of St Martin in the Fields, Middlesex (in the tenure of William Peare the elder, Margaret his wife, and William Peare the younger), a messuage with garden called the New Neat House in the said parish of St Martin, a parcel of meadow containing 10 acres lately enclosed and part of Abbots Meadow, and 11 acres 3 roods of meadow and 7 cartloads of hay in the said parishes of St Margaret and St Martin (late in the tenure of John Packer), to be held to the use of Roger Price, reciting recovery of Easter term 31 Chas II [1679].
