Description | Indentures of lease and release by Thomas Price of Westbury, Buckinghamshire, esquire, brother and heir of John Price late of Westbury, esquire, deceased, and son of Roger Price late of Westbury, deceased, Elizabeth Price, widow of Roger Price and mother of John Price and Thomas Price, and Thomas Bethell of London, gent, of the 1st part, with the consent of Elizabeth Price, spinster, William Price, gent, Edward Price, gent, all of Westbury, William Samwell of Milton, Northamptonshire, gent, and Mary his wife, of the 2nd part, in trust for the receipt of profits and rents by Pendock Price of London, gent, of the 3rd part, to Richard Glover, citizen and vintner of London, and John Harrison of Perivale, Middlesex, gent, of the 4th part, of a messuage and garden containing 5 acres near the Neat Houses (in the tenure of John Wyan), a piece of meadow containing 4 acres adjoining the said garden (then in the possession of Zara Jones), and 2 messuages with garden containing 5 acres abutting the causeway from Westminster to the Neat Houses (in the tenure of Zara Jones), all in the parish of St Martin in the Fields, Middlesex, and a brick messuage and garden containing 5 acres, with parcel of meadow converted into garden containing 4 acres adjoining Tuttlefields in the parishes of St Martin as above and St Margaret, Westminster, with adjoining meadow containing 3½ acres in the parish of St Margaret. With recitals of the will of Roger Price made 3 Jan 1703 and non-payment of its legacies. Consideration: £3000 to Thomas Price and 5 shillings to Elizabeth Price, widow and Thomas Bethell, paid by Glover and Harrison. Dated 13-14 Jan 8 Anne 1709 [by modern calendar 1710].
