| Description | Indenture of mortgage by demise from Edward Catesby of the parish of St George Hanover Square, Middlesex, gardener, to Jonn Brewer of Putney, Surrey, gardener, of two messuages and parcel of garden ground containing 5 acres with shed or stable and parcel of meadow ground or pasture in or near the Neat House Gardens in the parish of St Martin in the Fields, Middlesex, as leased by indenture dated 13 July 1721 by Henry Wise to Zara Jones, whose estate was then vested in Edward Catesby, to be held for the remainder of a term of 21 years, with provision for repayment of £50 with interest on 25 May 1732.
