DescriptionIndenture of deed to lead the uses of a fine by Edmond Sander of Charlwood, Surrey, esquire, of the 1st part, to Edward Copley, citizen and mercer of London, Priscilla Allanson, widow of Christopher Allanson of Inner Temple, London, gent, deceased, and daughter of Edward Cropley, and Luke Cropley of London, mercer, of the 2nd part, and Thomas Josselyn of Great St Bartholomew, London, esquire, of the 3rd part, of a capital messuage called Charlwood Place with land (300 acres), other closes of land (40 and a half acres) and a farm (2 acres) in Charlewood, a capital messuage called Horshills with land (80 acres), a messuage called Graces with land (45 acres) and a coppice wood called Rowe Garden Coppice (12 acres) in Horley, and a barn called Wooers Barn, with land (60 acres), several closes of land (45 acres) and a messuage called Carter's Tenement and land (72 acres) in Charlewood and Horley, Surrey, in consideration of the impending marriage of Edmond Sander and Priscilla Allanson and of £500.
