Description Deeds of quitclaim by Richard de Saint Walric, knight, to Sir Harsculph de Clesby, knight, of all right and claim in the manor of Ellerton and in all the lands and holdings with appurtenances which Harsculph holds of Richard in the township of Ellerton, together with the homage, scutage and services of Harsculph for the said manor and holdings, with clauses of warranty and sealing.
Witnesses: Sir Henry le Scrop, Sir Richard de Beringham, knights, William de Roston, Thomas de Lek', Ralph de Bellerby, John de Clesby, Harsculph his brother, Geoffrey le Scrop and others.
Endorsed in pencil as undated, one c1250, the other c1280, with numbers "6" & "7" in ink.
Seal: of Richard, round, cream-coloured, with design of knight on horseback, attached by tag.
