Witnesses: Thomas de Huckerby, John de Bellerby, Robert Copsy, Henry Le Waysur, Roger son of Serota, and Robert de Alverton, clerk, and others.
Endorsed in pencil as being undated, c1250, with number "11" in ink.
Seal: diamond-shaped, cream-coloured, attached by tag.
