Witnesses: John de Hellebek', John de Spenyngthorn, Robert de Swynigthewayt then bailiff of Richem' [Richmond], Robert Copsy of Bolton, Richard de Alverton in Ellerton, Nicholas de Aldeburg' in Ellerton, John, servant, of Ellerton, and others.
Endorsed in pencil as being undated, c1280, with number "20" in ink.
Seals: two, one of William, vesica-shaped, the other round, both green, attached by tags.
