| Description | Indenture agreement between lord Matthew de Bassingburne and lord Henry le Scrop, by which Henry agrees to make null and void the deed of quitclaim of the same date for lands and holdings in the town and district of Ellerton on Swale, if Matthew pays him 10 pounds of silver on the Tuesday in the next Octave of St. Hilary [20 Jan 1321] in the hall of the said lord Henry in London.
