DescriptionDeed of bargain and sale by John Puckeringe of Lincolns Inn, Middlesex, gentleman, to William Webster of Flamborough, Yorkshire, gent, of a capital messuage in the town of Flambrough at the south end, with all houses, stables, gardens, grounds, etc, a cottage (in tenure of Thomas Holme), a yearly rent of 16d in a house called the Churche lande (in tenure of John Barnarde), another yearly rent of 16d in a house (late in tenure of Robert Warcop, then of Agnes Warcop) and 4½ oxgangs of arable and pasture land in the town field, all at Flambrough, Yorkshire, held by John Puckering and Jane his wife, lately conveyed by his father, Robert Puckeringe, in deed dated 11 June last past, in consideration of £180, with covenant for delivery of deeds on 25 October next.
