| Description | Deed of release by Sir Francis Metcalfe of Louth Park, Lincolnshire, knight, and Thomas Metcalfe, his son and heir apparent, discharging Sir Thomas Puckering, of all accounts, conditions and demands on £800, money still outstanding in the purchase of the honour of Richmond Fee and the manors of Gayton Soke and South House in Lincolnshire, reciting an indenture of bargain and sale dated 7July last between Sir Francis Metcalfe and Sir John Ferrers and Sir Simon Archer, an intended lease for years by SIr Thomas Puckering to Sir Francis Metcalfe, and the desire of Sir Francis Metcalfe to have the profits of the rents of Gayton Soke, in consideration of £30.
