| Description | Indenture of lease by Sir Thomas Puckering of the Priory near Warwick, knight and baronet, to Henry Nicholls of the borough of Warwick, husbandman, of a messuage in the parish of St Nicholas in a street called Mill Street or St Nicholas Street in the borough of Warwick (between land of Sir Thomas Puckering in the tenure of William Barnes and land of Edmund Makepeace), late in the tenure of Thomas Tibbotts, deceased, and then of Henry Nicholls, to be held from the feast of the St Michael last past [29 Sep] for a term of 21 years, at the annual rent of 20 shillings.
