| Description | Counterpart indenture of lease by Sir Thomas Puckering of the Priory near Warwick, knight and baronet, to Thomas Welch of the borough of Warwick, husbandman, of a cottage and garden in the Bridge End in Warrytree Street in the borough of Warwick (at the upper end of the south side near Myton Fields), then in the tenure of Thomas Welch, to be held from the next feast of St Michael [29 Sep] for a term of 21 years, at the annual rent of 20 shillings.
