| Description | Indenture of lease by the bailiff and burgesses of the borough of Warwick to William Combe of Warwick, esquire, and his wife Jane, Lady Puckeringe, of the tithes of corn, hay, hemp, flax, etc in Warwick, Coton, Hardwick, Packmoors, Woodloes, Woodcote and Loveittes Field in the parish or rectory of the church of St Nicholas in Warwicke, together with the tithe barn in Smiths Street in Warwick, commonly known as the tithe barn of Coton, to be held from the feast of St John the Baptist last past [24 June] for a term of 21 years at the annual rent of £20.
