DescriptionIndenture of lease by Sir Henry Puckeringe alias Newton of the Priory near the borough of Warwick, baronet, to Aaron Rogers of the borough of Warwick, gent, of two closes or meadows belonging to the Priory, bounded by meadows in the tenures of Samuel Mallory and William Wrothwell, one close abutting Woodlowes Meadows, the other the little meadow between it and the mill (reserving all timber, trees, etc for all the premises), to be held from the next feast of the Annunciation [25 March] for a term of 7 years, at the annual rent of £10.

Endorsed as being a lease of two Priory Meadows near the Mill (late Jacksons).
Seal: for Aaron Rogers, partially damaged, wrapped in paper, attached by tag.
