| Description | Counterpart indenture of lease by Sir Henry Puckering alias Newton of the Priory near the borough of Warwick, baronet, to John Reading of the borough of Warwick, husbandman, of meadows belonging to the Priory called Bromfields Meadows, formerly in the tenure of Richard Moody and then of John Reading (reserving all timber, trees, etc and free liberty of a bridle way to Warwick Field), to be held from the last feast of the Annunciation [25 Mar] for a term of 11 years, at the annual rent of £12 3s 4d, with an additional £3 for every acre of meadow ploughed up.
