DescriptionIndenture of lease by Thomas Fissher of Fisshers Place alias the Priory near the borough of Warwike, esquire, to Reginald Brome of Woodlowe, esquire, and Richard Townesend of the borough of Warwick, gentleman, of 3 closes called the Rood Close, Teynter Close and Frog Mill Close, all converted into one close or pasture in the borough of Warwick, and 3 little meadows lying between the Priory Pools and the common fields of Hardwick [further described within], to be held for the term of Thomas Fissher for the annual rent of a rose flower on the feast of St John the Baptist [24 June], with provision for the term to end should Suzanne, the wife of Thomas Fissher, die before he does.
