| Description | Indenture of leases by Sir Thomas Puckering of the Priory near the borough of Warwick, knight and baronet, to John Freckleton of the Priory near the borough of Warwick, gent, of a barn and appurtenances in Warwick under a close called Priory Orchard, in the tenure of John Freckleton, who has lately erected the barn, with a plot of land between the Priory Orchard and the common highway, adjoining the Pinfold or Pound and the barn, to be held for a term of 200 years, at the annual rent of a penny.
