| Description | Indenture of lease by Thomas Powell of the town of Warwick, woollen draper, to Oliver Brokes of the town of Warwick, yeoman, of three closes of land called the Little Lime House Close, the Great Lime Howse Close and Flax Close, with a parcel of ground called the Lime House Slatch, 40 acres of arable land with meadow in the common fields of Coton in the parish of St Michael in the suburbs of Warwick and three feathers [strips of land between ridges] in the common field of Myton, also in the parish of St Michael, all in the tenure of Christopher Knyght of Warwick, husbandman, and part of the possessions of the Hospital of St Michael, for a term of 77 years at an annual rent of 22s 4d, in consideration of £50, including a covenant by Oliver Broke to deliver to Thomas Powell a couple of capons at Christmas .
