| Description | Indenture of lease by Sir Thomas Puckering of the Priory in or near Warwick, knight and baronet, to Job Murcott of Warwick, gent, of a barn, two pastures known as the Greater Township and Lesser Township, and 3 adjoining pastures in the parish of St Nicholas within Warwick, all of which premises were previously known as Heathcott, late in the tenure of Edward Murcott, gent, deceased, father of Job, to be held from the next feast of the Annunciation [25 March 1630] for a term of 10 years, the annual rent for the first 3 years being £24 10s and half of the corn and grain from the ploughing and tilling of the Greater Township, then £30 for the remaining 7 years, when the Greater Township will be used for grazing.
