Description | Indentures of surrender by Hannah Cooke of the borough of Warwick, widow, relict and administratix of the goods, etc, of Valentine Cooke, late of the the borough of Warwick, plumber and glazier, deceased, to Henry Christopher Wise of the Priory in the borough of Warwick, esquire, of all roads, ways, paths and passages in Priory Park and the right to let dry, cleanse and scour the channel or watercourse from Priory Mill to Frog Mill Pool, with lease from Henry Christopher Wise to Hannah Cooke, of the new road leading from Priory Mill to the new road (leading from the private road leading from Wedgnock Lane to the Woodloes), for the residue of a term of 500 years, in consideration of 10 shillings, reciting indentures of 10 Mar 1693, 20 June 1706 and 1 Sep 1771, and the death of Valentine Cooke, who died intestate, including plan showing the new road.
