| Description | Indenture of assignment by Hannah Cooke of the borough of Warwick, widow, relict and administratix of the goods, etc, of Valentine Cooke, late of the the borough of Warwick, plumber and glazier, deceased, to Henry Christopher Wise of the Priory in the borough of Warwick, esquire, and Matthew Wise of Leamington Priors, esquire, of the residue of a term of 500 years on the water corn mill erected near the Priory on the site of two water mills under one roof and a lean-to stable, with rights of way, watercourses, and buildings, reservoir and cistern erected by Valentine Cooke near the north end of the Butts, and pipes, etc (excepting the waterhouse converted into a house, which had since been pulled down), to be held by Matthew Wise in trust for Henry Christopher Wise, subject to the rents of £5 and 2s 6d and a lease by Hannah Cooke to John Perkins dated 7 Jan 1784, in consideration of £1800, with recitals of indentures.
