| Description | Indenture of grant by William Bolton of Warwick, esquire and (in his capacity as) lord of the manor of Warwick, to John Hopkins of Birmingham, gent, of the licence to erect cisterns and lay pipes in the streets, ways and waste grounds of Warwick, in fulfilment of the designs of Hopkins to provide a supply of water for the inhabitants of Warwick, to be held for a term of 500 years at the annual rent of 2s 6d.
