DescriptionThat there is a common and ancient water course through the house and shop of Thomas Shaxpeare, butcher, for the avoiding of the water from the yard of Richard Whitehead and Thomas Yardley, which has stopped up, and it is ordained that Thomas Shaxspeare unstops the watercourse within one month, under the pain of 40 shillings.
