| Description | Indenture of lease by Robert Bikerton of the city of London, gentleman, to Thomas Roo of Warwick, butcher, of a messuage or tenement with appurtenances in the borough of Warwick in Jury Street, between the house of John Townsend and the Court House, late in the tenure of Thomas Jenkes and then of Thomas Roo, for a term of 30 years from the next feast of St Michael [29 Sep] at the annual rent of 6 shillings, with recital of lease by letters patent dated 28 July last past for a term of 31 years.
