| Description | Counterpart indenture of lease by Sir Thomas Puckering of the Priory near Warwick, knight and baronet, to Richard Ley of the borough of Warwick, shoemaker, of a messuage in a street or place called Saltisford, on the south side, in the borough of Warwick, late in the tenure of Edward West, then of Richard Ley, to be held from the next feast of St Michael [29 Sep] for a term of 21 years, at the annual rent of 30 shillings.
