| Description | Counterpart indenture of lease by Sir Thomas Puckering of the Priory near Warwick, knight and baronet, to Richard Dunckley of the borough of Warwick, mason, of a messuage in a street or place called Saltisford in the borough of Warwick (between a messuage of Sir Thomas in the tenure of Richard Tandy on the north and a messuage then or late in the tenure of Henry Moore on the south), then in the tenure of Sir Thomas, to be held from the next feast of St Michael [29 Sep] for a term of 21 years, at the annual rent of 33 shillings 4 pence.
