| Description | Counterpart indenture of lease by Sir Thomas Puckering of the Priory near Warwick, knight and baronet, to Richard Calloway of Warwick, yeoman, of a messuage in a street called Saltisford in Warwick, then in the tenure of Richard Calloway, adjoining land of Sir Thomas in the tenure of Robert Gray, glazier, to be held from the next feast of the Annunciation (25 Mar) for a term of 21 years, at the annual rents of 40 shillings and a fat capon at the feast of St John the Baptist (24 June), with an attached schedule describing the premises, which Calloway covenants to keep in good repair.
