| Description | Counterpart indenture of lease by Sir Thomas Puckering of the Priory near Warwick, knight and baronet, to John Sheppeard of the Priory near Warwick, servant to Sir Thomas, of a messuage in a place or street called Saltisford in Warwick, late in the tenure of Thomas Griffin, blacksmith, and then of John Sheppeard, to be held from the next feast of St Michael [29 Sep] for a term of 21 years, at the annual rent of 30 shillings, with an attached schedule describing the premises, which Sheppeard covenants to keep in good repair.
