| Description | Indenture of lease by Edward Ferrers of Baddesley Clinton, esquire, to Robert Brome of Woodlowe, esquire, of two pasture grounds called the Two Brome Fields, with meadows lying at the bottom of them, adjoining a meadow of Robert Brome called Square Meadow, lately in the tenure of William Paule, butcher, in Woodlowe in the parish of St Nicholas in Warwick, two closes called Tanners Close in Woodlowe, Over Woodcote or Nether Woodcote in the parish of Leek Wootton, in the occupation of Robert Brome, and a parcel of a meadow and part of the brook or river called Avon, in the tenure of George Marshall of the borough of Warwick, to be held for a term of 5 years at the annual rent of £21.
