| Description | Counterpart indenture of lease by Henry Christopher Wise of the Priory in the borough of Warwick, esquire, to William Birch the younger of the Woodloes in the parish of Leek Wootton, yeoman, of the messuage, with all barns, stables, gardens, etc, in the Woodloes in the parish of Leek Wootton, and several closes called the Broom Fields, the Little Packmore Meadow and the Square Meadows in Woodloes in the parish of St Nicholas in the borough of Warwick, and the Long Meadow and Smith's Meadows, part of the Priory Land, all containing in total 191 acres 2 roods 13 perches (reserving all mines, quarries, minerals, trees, fishing, etc), to be held from 25 March last for a term of 21 years, at the annual rent of £169, with additional £5 for every acre of ploughing up the closes called the Rick Yard, Little Park Close, Orchard, the Green Pleck, Seven Acre Close and Long Close, and £10 for every acre sown with rape, hemp, flax or woad, with several provisions or covenants for termination, husbandry, maintenance, etc.
Endorsed as being a lease for Woodlows Farm, determinable at the end of 7 or 14 years.
