| Description | Counterpart indentures of lease by Henry Christopher Wise of the Priory in the borough of Warwick, esquire, to Thomas Birch of Edmondscote in the parish of Milverton, yeoman, of the capital messuage or mansion house called the Woodloes House in the Woodloes in the parish of St Nicholas in the borough of Warwick, with all barns, stables, gardens, etc, and several closes in or near Woodloes called Bagots Meadows, containing 8½ acres, part of the Priory Land (reserving all the tops of trees, bushes, mines, fishing, etc), to be held from 25 March last for a term of 21 years, at the annual rent of £150 10s, with additional £5 for every acre of greensward ploughed or converted into tillage and £10 for every acre sown with woad, weld, rape, hemp or flax, with several provisions or covenants for termination, husbandry, maintenance, etc.
Endorsed as being leases of Woodlows Farm, determinable after 7 or 14 years.
